The two are members of Team Vector in Team Sonic Racing. They also have unique victory poses in Sochi 2014 and Rio 2016. In the Nintendo 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, Silver and Blaze join Sonics team together rather than individually. Infinite could be an instrumental remix of his own theme. Silver and Blaze are sometimes shown together in spin-off games. Tikal would easily be a remix of her theme from Adventure, Chaos would obviously be Open Your Heart or a remix of his boss fight music.
Marine would easily be a remix of A New Venture. He's more of a cheerful kid character though, so maybe that Balloon Park remix from Generations? Vector's could just stay the same. In the Sonic games category we will find various games of everyones favorite blue hedgehog, it is the fastest and the most daring is Sonic himself, Sonic is a series of video games published by the game developer company Sega and by Sonic Team, in addition to Being one of the most recognized characters in the world, Sonic did not achieve the same popularity as that received by Super Mario. Charmy is pretty tricky, seeing as we haven't ever really seen him solo other than in Shadow the Hedgehog, so maybe a remix of the Prison Island theme from that game? I don't think that fits him well, but I'm not sure what else could be used.
maybe a modern remix of the Mushroom Hill stage you fight him at in Sonic the Fighters? If not that, then the boss music from Sonic at the Olympic Games (which is just another remix of Team Chaotix). Storm could probably fit well with a remix of Gigan Rock, and Jet would be a remix of Catch Me If You Can. Maybe Wave would have a remix of her boss battle music from the Olympics (if I remember correctly, I think it's literally just Final Factory fom Free Riders). I honestly haven't even thought about that.
